Justina Victoria LLC provides life and relationship coaching services, including but not limited to one-to-one coaching, digital training programs (including the ERECT Digital Training), podcasts, and educational content related to sexual health, performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, relationships, attachment, and personal development.
Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or any other licensed health service. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Coaching is intended to support personal and relational growth and is not a replacement for the advice of a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed professional.
Results described on this Site, including any success rates, testimonials, or client outcomes, reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your own circumstances, effort, and engagement with the coaching process.
2. Eligibility
Services offered through this Site are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using this Site or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Booking & Payment
All coaching sessions, programs, and digital products must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing for services is provided directly during the consultation or application process and is subject to change at our discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales of coaching services and digital programs, including the ERECT Digital Training, are final. Refunds are not offered except under special circumstances, to be evaluated and approved at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. 5. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. Information shared during coaching sessions is held in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
6. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and that outcomes depend significantly on your own participation, honesty, and follow-through. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in your personal life, relationships, or health based on coaching received.

All content on this Site, including written content, podcast episodes, videos, and digital programs, is the property of Justina Victoria LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
